2. I need help turning off my water, but it is 12 midnight. What do I do?: Contact the Police Department at (951) 922-3170 for our after hours emergency personnel. They will be able to assist you. If you need help from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday, telephone the Water & Wastewater department at (951) 922-3281.

3. A manhole cover is missing or ajar in the street,. What should I do?: You should telephone the Water & Wastewater at (951) 922-3281. Offices are open 8:00 to 4:00 Monday through Thursday. After hours please contact the Police Department at (951) 922-3170.
