Multifamily complexes are required to subscribe to the City’s three-container collection services for all waste streams including trash, recyclable and organic waste. Please contact Waste Management to schedule your collection service needs at (800) 423-9986.
Multifamily accounts are assessed annually to evaluate the appropriate level of service, right size container sizes, and evaluate potential programs and opportunities that increase diversion to ensure compliance with State regulations. Multifamily accounts may request an assessment by emailing our Refuse Division Staff.
